The fix is pretty simple but requires touching the OS's hosts file so points to the loopback address. Go to DIRECTV STREAM or the DIRECTV STREAM app. The problem seems to come up when isn't defined to loopback into the computer like it should so the Flash part of this can't communicate with the DRM.
